Yes. Octud is an official distributor of BASF Ultrason® sulfone polymers (PSU, PESU, PPSU), supplying genuine resin in Korea. Lot-level quality and a formal distribution route are assured, with official TDS and regulatory documentation provided.

Octud is the official Korean distributor of Joyrun PEEK. The Joyrun range is matched to the market-standard Victrex® grades (450G, 450GL30, 450CA30, 450FC30, 450FE20) and is supplied by Octud from Korean stock.

Octud is an official distributor of Avient Colorant Chromatics™. We supply high-temperature colour solutions for resins such as PEEK and the sulfones, where ordinary masterbatches shift colour or degrade properties at processing temperature. Both pre-colored compounds and colour concentrates are available, including Transcend™ biocompatible colorants for medical devices, X-Ray Opaque and Metallic Effect products.

Yes. Joyrun PEEK matches Victrex® 450G (K10G), 450GL30 (K10GL30), 450CA30 (K10CA30), 450FC30 (K10LF30) and 450FE20 (K10FE20). Tell us the grade you use and we will provide a property comparison and evaluation samples.

PSU (Ultrason® S) is the transparent general-purpose sulfone, PESU (Ultrason® E) offers the family's highest glass transition (Tg 225°C) and stiffness, and PPSU (Ultrason® P) delivers the greatest impact toughness and repeated steam sterilization durability. Choose PSU for transparency, PESU for high-temperature stiffness and PPSU for repeated sterilization.

Choose unfilled K10G where toughness, ductility and purity matter most; carbon-fibre K10CA30 for maximum stiffness and strength; glass-fibre K10GL30 where dimensional stability is critical; and K10LF30 or K10FE20 where low friction and wear are required.

Yes. Ordinary masterbatches can shift colour or reduce properties at these temperatures, but Avient Colorant Chromatics™ is engineered for high-temperature resins and colours them while preserving properties. We supply resin and colour together so material can be moulded directly as a pre-colored compound.

Each grade page publishes mechanical, thermal, electrical and other properties together with the ISO/IEC/ASTM test standards, and PEEK grades include a Victrex® equivalency comparison. Tell us which grades you want compared and we will send a side-by-side summary.

Published values are typical values from each manufacturer's TDS, tested to international standards including ISO 527 (tensile), ISO 178 (flexural), ISO 179/180 (impact), ISO 75 (HDT) and IEC 60243/62631 (electrical). They are typical, not guaranteed, values — refer to the current TDS when validating a design.

BASF Ultrason® sulfone (PSU, PESU, PPSU) and Joyrun PEEK can both be ordered from 25 kg. MOQ for Avient Colorant Chromatics™ colour solutions varies with colour and formulation and is advised on enquiry.

Yes. We support evaluation samples for validation work and mould try-outs ahead of production. Share your project and target grade and we will review the conditions with you.

Grades held in Korean stock ship quickly, while grades not in stock and custom colour products are made to order. Exact delivery depends on grade and quantity and is confirmed with your quotation.

Yes. For production programmes with recurring demand, a scheduled supply agreement secures stable stock and delivery. Share your monthly or quarterly requirement and we will work out supply terms.

Pricing terms are agreed according to volume and supply frequency. Request a quotation based on your annual requirement and we will propose the best terms.

Yes. A lot-specific Certificate of Analysis is supplied with shipments. We supply genuine resin under consistent quality management standards.

Yes. RoHS and REACH documentation can be issued. Tell us the regulatory items and grades concerned and we will advise on the supporting files.

TDS files can be viewed and downloaded from each grade page's technical documents section and from the resources page. SDS and additional regulatory documentation are provided on request.

Yes. Medical lines such as Avient Transcend™ biocompatible PEEK come with ISO 10993 documentation by grade. Final suitability requires validation at the finished-device level, so share your application and contact conditions and we will review it with you.

Yes, nationwide. Technical consultation and material supply are provided equally outside the capital region.

Yes. We support export supply and handle the required export documentation. Share the destination country and volume and we will advise on supply and logistics terms.

Resin is supplied in moisture-barrier packaging, and for moisture-sensitive high-temperature resins such as sulfone and PEEK we advise the drying conditions required before processing. Packaging units are agreed by grade and quantity.
