Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the website octud.com ("the Site") operated by Octud Co., Ltd. ("the Company"), and the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Site" means octud.com, operated by the Company to provide polymer product information and technical documents and to receive quotation and enquiry requests.
• "User" means any person who accesses the Site and uses the information and services it provides in accordance with these Terms.

Article 3 (Effect & Amendment of Terms)

These Terms take effect when posted on the Site.

The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law. In the event of an amendment, the effective date and reason will be stated and announced on the Site.

Article 4 (Provision of Services)

Through the Site, the Company provides polymer product information, technical documents (TDS, MSDS, etc.), and responses to quotation and technical enquiries. The Site is a channel for product information and quotation requests and does not provide online payment or sales functions.

Article 5 (Suspension of Services)

The Company may temporarily suspend all or part of the services in the event of unavoidable circumstances such as system inspection, maintenance or replacement, communication failure or force majeure. In such cases, the Company is not liable in the absence of intent or gross negligence.

Article 6 (Obligations of Users)

• Users must provide accurate information when submitting enquiries or quotation requests and must not misappropriate others' information.
• Users must not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit content posted on the Site without the Company's prior consent.
• Users must not engage in any act that interferes with the normal operation of the Site.

Article 7 (Intellectual Property)

Copyright and intellectual property rights in the content, trademarks and logos on the Site belong to the Company or the rightful owners. Trademarks referenced on the Site such as BASF Ultrason® and Victrex® are the property of their respective owners, and the Company displays them in its capacity as an authorised distributor.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

The technical documents and figures provided on the Site are for reference only and do not warrant suitability or performance for any particular purpose. Before actual application, users must carry out their own verification under their own conditions, and are responsible for any results arising from the use of such information.

Article 9 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)

These Terms are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute between the Company and a user arising in connection with the use of the services shall be subject to the court having jurisdiction over the Company's location.
