Octud Co., Ltd. ("the Company") complies with Korea's Personal Information Protection Act and related laws, and maintains the following policy to protect users' personal data.
1. Personal Data We Collect & How
To respond to quotation and technical enquiries, we collect the items below. Simply browsing the website does not involve any collection of personal data.
2. Purpose of Processing
- Consultation and response to quotation and enquiry requests
- Provision of technical documents (TDS, MSDS, etc.) and follow-up communication
- Usage statistics analysis and service quality improvement
3. Retention & Use Period
As a rule, personal data is destroyed without delay once the purpose of processing has been achieved. Personal data related to enquiries and quotations is retained for 3 years after the request has been handled, then destroyed.
Where retention is required under applicable law, the data is kept for the period prescribed by that law.

We do not provide users' personal data to third parties beyond the scope stated in this policy, except where there is a legal basis or a lawful request from an investigative authority.
