TDSThe maker's typical-property sheet for one grade — the basis for design calculations and drawing specs.
- Tensile strength and modulus (ISO 527)
- Heat deflection temperature (ISO 75), glass transition Tg

- Melt volume rate, moulding shrinkage, water absorption
Safety data sheet
MSDS · SDSThe statutory safety document — hazard classification, handling, storage, first aid. It carries no property data.
- Hazard classification (GHS)
- Handling and storage, personal protective equipment
- First aid, firefighting, spill response
- Disposal and transport information (UN number where applicable)
Processing guide
PROCESSINGRecommended injection and extrusion settings. Sulfones and PEEK must be pre-dried — trial shots without this document tend to come out with silver streaks.
- Drying temperature, time and target moisture
