Ultrason® E 2010

Standard-viscosity transparent injection molding grade of polyethersulfone (PESU). With a glass transition temperature of 225°C — the highest in the sulfone family — it holds its stiffness at temperature for electrical, industrial and hot food-contact components.

Read the food-contact listings above against drinking-water and non-food applications. This grade is BPS (bisphenol S)-based and therefore requires recertification for EU food contact under Regulation 2024/3190. For high-temperature food contact, consider PPSU (Ultrason® P 3010), made without BPA or BPS. Drinking-water contact and food filtration membranes fall outside the restriction.
