BASF Ultrason® E 2010 is the equivalent standard PESU injection grade. For glass-fibre reinforcement choose E 2010 G6; for membranes, E 6020 P.

With the family's highest glass transition (Tg 225°C) (HDT 205°C), PESU suits hot electrical and industrial parts, aircraft interiors, and haemodialysis and water-treatment hollow-fibre membranes (E 6020 P).

PESU is BPS-based, so for EU food contact it is subject to recertification under Regulation 2024/3190. It remains valid for potable-water, non-food and industrial applications.
